Africa on the way to the emergence

In recent years, Afro-pessimism has given way to an unprecedented optimism leads African countries to consider their emergence in the image of the BRICS, which it a few years ago, were still part of the developing countries. The experience of countries characterized as New Industrial Countries (Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan) had not sufficiently served as an example to African countries.
