Online registration is now closed and on-site registration will only be accepted according to available places.

Distribution of badges will be start on Monday, January 14, 2019 at 10:00 am at the desks installed in the following hotels:

Desk 1 :Radisson Diamniadio, for people staying in the hotel

Desk 2 :Pullman, for those staying in the hotel and any other surrounding hotel (Novotel, Lagon 2, Ibis, Fleur de Lys, Ndiambour - Downtown area, Corniche Est)

Desk 3: Radisson Blu Dakar, for those staying in the hotel and any other surrounding hotel (Terrou Bi – Zone Corniche Ouest…)

Desk 4 :King Fahd Palace, for those staying in the hotel and any other surrounding hotel and all the hotels in the (Yoff, Ngor, Almadies)

Desk 5: For participants not staying in hotels (Embassies, Private Sector, General Public) badges will be available at the King Fahd Palace Hotel.
